RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel without cause within 14 days. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you, or a third party that the carrier and yourself, have physically handled the last object ordered.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you will need to notify us of your decision to cancel the present contract via a statement void of ambiguity (for example, a letter sent via postage to Chine Indigo, 1 rue casimir mouton 13640 la roque d'anthéron or via email to [email protected]). You can also fill out and send to [email protected] the template for the form of cancellation you can find here attached. If you use this option, we will reply without delay with a cancellation confirmation receipt via email.
So that the period of cancellation is respected, you simply need to exercise your right of cancellation before the expiration time.
In case of cancellation from your part, we will reimburse you all payments received by you, including delivery fees (at the exception, as the case may be, of extra costs, if that was your decision or choice, coming from a delivery other than the least expensive delivery choice proposed to you) without excessive lateness, and, at all events, at the most fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel on our present contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment method used for the initial transaction by you, unless you explicitly ask for a different method; at all events, this reimbursement will not entail any fee on your part.
You will need to send back the items to Chine indigo, 1 rue Casimir Mouton, 13640 La Roque d'Anthéron, without excessive delay and, in all events, at the latest after 14 days after having signaled your decision to cancel. This delay is esteemed as respectable if you send the items before the 14 days. You will need to take cover the direct fees for the return of the products.
